CONDITIONS EXCHANGES & RETURNS
- All returns must be clean with hygienic stickers, unwashed, stain free products with hang tags in the original box within 21 days. Include the invoice.
- Sale items are non-refundable
- You have 21 days from the date of our confirmation until the ítems get back to us to be eligible for a refund. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned. Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. For hollidays expect up to 10 business days.
- We are commited to satisfy our customers and we want to help offering FREE EXCHANGE delivery costs. Please, send back the items you would like to exchange ensuring you include all contact and order details in the package (we won’t accept responsibility for any lost items). Once we receive the package we'll cover the shipping cost to send the new sizes to you.
- allSisters doesn't accept returns or exchanges on International orders that have not been accepted by customers due to not wanting to pay the tax fees in their country of residence.
- If a customer requests a refund and the package is held in customs in its way to our offices, allSisters is not responsible for any customs costs. These will be paid by the customer.
- You are allowed up to 2 exchanges per Return Order. The 2nd exchange will be final.
