Returns & Exchanges


- All returns must be clean with hygienic stickers, unwashed, stain free products with hang tags in the original box within 21 days. Include the invoice.

- You have 21 days from the date of our confirmation until the ítems get back to us to be eligible for a refund. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned. Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. For hollidays expect up to 10 business days.

- We are commited to satisfy our customers and we want to help offering FREE EXCHANGE delivery costs, so we will cover the shipping cost to send you the new size.

- Postage and shipping cost must be covered by the costumer, ensuring you include all contact and order details in the package (we won’t accept responsibility for any lost items).

- allSisters doesn't accept returns or exchanges on International orders that have not been accepted by customers due to not wanting to pay the tax fees in their country of residence.

- If a customer requests a refund and the package is held in customs in its way to our offices, allSisters is not responsible for any customs costs. These will be paid by the customer.

- You are allowed up to 2 exchanges per Return Order. The 2nd exchange will be final.
