Returns & Exchanges
CONDITIONS EXCHANGES & RETURNS
- All returns must be clean with hygienic stickers, unwashed, stain free products with hang tags in the original box within 21 days. Include the invoice.
- Returns are allowed, (even when using discount codes). NOT allowed for special promotions.
- *No returns or exchanges are allowed in our Black Week*.
- *No returns or exchanges are allowed in our special sales* .
- For return; the shipping costs in order to send back the package to our warehouse will be covered by the customer.
- Exchanges: Send back the items you would like to exchange ensuring you include the exchange form (we won’t accept responsibility for any lost items). Once we receive the package we'll cover the shipping cost to send the new sizes to you using DHL Priority Service. The shipping cost to send back the package to our warehouse will be covered by the customer.
- Store credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. During holiday seasons expect up to 7 business days
- allSisters doesn't accept returns or exchanges on International orders that have not been accepted by customers due to not wanting to pay the tax fees in their country of residence.
- If a customer requests a refund and the package is held in customs in its way to our offices, allSisters is not responsible for any customs costs. These will be paid by the customer.
- You are allowed up to 2 exchanges per Return Order. The 2nd exchange will be final.
